Before you write

Photoyam runs entirely in your browser and never uploads your files, which means we can’t see the file you were working on. So if something won’t open or a result looks wrong, the more detail the better: tell us the file type and roughly what’s in it, the exact steps to reproduce the problem, and which browser and operating system you’re using (for example, “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone”). A screenshot of what you see helps a lot too.

For anything about data, cookies, analytics or advertising, see our Privacy Policy first — it covers most questions. If something isn’t answered there, email us and we’ll help.
